Easy and simple process. I Applied online and got a call back a week later asking to come in for an Interview. I went to the interview and was asked 4 questions and was hired on the spot. The lady was really nice and easy going.

When was a time when you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation ?
The Ross cashier interview is brief and straightforward, focusing on customer service, handling busy environments, basic math, availability, and reliability. It often includes situational questions and may be followed by a quick hiring decision.
They ask basic work experience questions, basic problem solving questions, they confirm your availability and let you know you’ll receive an email/ phone call with start date and so on
Thorough and very detailed. It's a particular answer they are looking for. And you will know through the interview if you are doing well. And there are quite a few questions.
