I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Roughrider International (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Well, I arrived nice and early like they always suggest you should do as someone hoping to make a good impression. I waited longer past the appointment time than the time that was spent in the interview (For example, the appt was at 11am, I got in at 11:10, and I was out at 11:15). Someone was in there talking aggressively and came out looking red faced and stressed. (This should have been a red flag of things to come)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very direct, pointed questions: , "Why'd you leave ___?", "What software did you use at ___?", "Why'd you leave ___?", What level of Excel do you have?", and "Why'd you leave ___?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roughrider International (Calgary, AB) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview took only 25 minutes. Their main objective was finding out how fast I could the work and how fast I could deliver the job. Two people were present at the interview - the supervisor and the controller. The interview in this case is aimed at finding out whether one person can do the job of two people.
