Initially, a manager had reached out to me for availability and completely ignored me for about a month until another manager reached out. Thankfully, I was able to book an interview with their new Rumble Training studio through a Google Hangout. After the initial video interview, I came in for a brief 30-minute in-person interview. After that, I was completely ghosted on the process as they opened up the new Rumble Training studio. For a company that prides itself on hospitality and warmth I was kind of taken aback by how poorly they communicate for this job process. I just believe they may have had an influx of applicants, but being ignored twice is a bit absurd.

Question 1
How have you dealt with conflict in a consumer service setting?
Very straightforward! Nothing stood out as far as questions, just experiences and interests. It helps to have familiarity with the programs or else they don't really get why you're applying. You might want to take a few classes and make sure you like it. But they're free when you work there!
Very basic questions, great community. Just wanted to hear that I am interested in creating a good client experience. Also looking to see that youre a team player. They asked about any hospitality experiences.
