Interview
I did a phone screen with a corporate recruiter, and it was very basic. Informing me of the job details, pay, etc. they asked me if there was any time I am not available and I answered honestly saying that I was not available Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM. The lady did explain to me that she was looking for someone who could be available anytime at all times. I ended the interview there as I feel it’s important for employers to allow some accommodation as long as the accommodation is not outlandish. For $13 an hour this is not worth it.

I had two phone interviews, one with the DSM and one with the store manager, then I received a call that they wanted to have an in person interview with me the next day. Met them both the next day, they asked me about my previous jobs and how they would relate to the position I was interviewing for, They asked about my life, my family and how they would play a role in my employment life. They were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was very easy and comfortable. I was told they had 2 others to be interviewed in the next couple of days and they would contact me in the next 3 or 4 days to discuss what they decided, as I was leaving the store. 5/6 minutes after saying goodbye, as I was heading home, I received a call saying that they really liked me and I had the job!

Interview
Interview is very nice. Make sure you dress up! Person doing the interview was very nice. They actually call and let You know the outcome. Manger said she would call by Friday morning and she did!
