pretty standard interview process. skype and phone interviews mainly. the first interviews were quite relaxed and mostly centred around the candidate's personality, motivation and experience. overall an easy and almost enjoyable experience

First round interview with HR which was pretty easy. She just wanted to ask about my background and interest in the field of executive search. After I got past HR I had an interview with each team member of the team I was applying for. This part of the process included four phone-interviews, and I didn't make it to the in-person interview stage.
