Multiple interviews with production and division managers. Asking questions to find out your interests and passion to see if you would be a good fit in the company. Also want to find out any experience you may have and why you want to work there.

Need construction experience of some sort and like to hire from within. Many questions about work ethic and problem solving. I would recommend having at least a summers experience in a trade.
