Very nervous experience for me as I am not good communicating and my english skills isn't good as you think but everything went well and the HR told me that they gave me a good feedback.

What would you do if you encounter an upset client and it's your first time being in that type of situation wherein you have no idea on what to do next and your manager and colleagues is also handling clients at the moment?

Interview
Very straightforward interview, not very difficult. One interview with HR and one with the manager with general questions asked and a aptitude test before the interviews. Aptitude test was easy to clear.

Interview
First Round was the Aptitude round It was Quite Easy.
Which consisted of some Basic Maths , Puzzles, Logical and Simple English Questions.
Followed by a Personal Interview by the Senior Manager.
The Manager was quite Friendly.
And then the Last round was with the HR Manager.
