Interview
Small, joyous and stress free. I was apart of a CP group at STLCC Forest Park and we interviewed for a sponsorship for the program. I felt very at home/eased with the panel. They asked very basic, straight forward questions about future plans, any previous health care experience and etc.

Interview
The hiring process and interview went smoothly. I was interviewed by a DON (director of nursing) and a nursing team leader. Although I was nervous, they were very laid back, and conducted a great interview. I was contacted the next day by HR with an offer.
