Had an interview which went through the Administrator, who is now our regional administrator. Towards the end of the interview the DON stepped in. Than the interview resumed with the administrator still. Got a phone call later and was hired.

They told me they only had a specific shift available. I was told how much I was getting paid during all of that. We went over paperwork, took an assessment on the computer, and I had the job.

Interview
It was as simple as you can get but CNA interviews do not tend to be that extensive. What stood out was how friendly everyone was. The interviewer was focused on teamwork and explaining their goal of creating a place you want to work. I met several people during the process. Including the Administrator and 4 other CNAs. They all talked about patient care and the importance of being at work everyday for the residents.

Alot of questions.but it was fare seem like a nice company very clean atmosphere.Some smiles and friendly faces.I was pleased.I really hope to gain more experience here and good relationships with residents and Co-workers
