Interview
The interview consisted of a few hypothetical situations, and competency based questions. They also asked why I wanted to work for the company and what I knew about them.

Question 1
What do you know about SAGE, why do you want to work for this company?
Started with a recruiter call which went positively, got invited to a first round interview where they got me to do a task and then asked three competency-based questions. Wasn't invited for a second round, feel like the feedback given was unfair and not helpful for future applications.
An online interview and in person interview, online interview lasted 30 minutes and in person interview was 30 minutes working through a task i completed before the day and 30 minutes behavioural questions
They offered no follow up and were disorganised - they never responded to my emails and didn't keep me updated. The interview itself was straightforward but I was disappointed in the lack of communication
