submitted application and set up a chat with the recruiter who reached out to me who didn't really seemed like she was interested in what I did at my last role. found out at the end of the convo that she still needed to submit the app to the hiring manager and get their approval. ended up being rejected by the hm. I understand that this is an employer's market right now but please just submit my resume to the hm before asking to talk to me.
