Interview
I submitted my application online and received a call after the job posting deadline to schedule a phone interview. Following the phone interview I had an in-person interview scheduled. The in-person interview included a 2 part written skills test.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a disagreement with one of your coworkers. How did you handle it and was the problem resolved?
Thorough but fair. The interview was a panel of three different supervisors from three different departments of the agency who each asked you about ten questions and took notes as you answered and allowed time for you to ask questions of them at the end.

Interview
Interview Process was 2 steps. First was an initial phone screening that took about 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, I was invited to an in person interview. At the in person interview, I was given 2 essay questions to answer in a paragraph or two for each question. Then I went to another room where I was interviewed by 4 total people. Each asking their own questions.
