I applied on line on their website. Received an email with link to the test. Basic math test, ability to read a statment (difference between in and outs), so mostly things that everyone with a bank account does for himself. Then I received a call (2 days later) where I was told that I'd passed and there would have been a phone interview. Further step, 3 hours in their center and actually things were very much the same, just with some roleplaying added.
