Interview
two interviews with the ICB team. They asked a lot about the company, services, customers... they also wanted to know about my experience and educational background. Both interviews were very similar. It was a temporal position without the posibility of a permanent position.

Question 1
which do you think are our customers? Where do we have presence? Which services do we offer?
online test - one way interview, online assessment centre. just asked competency questions and one or two technical ones. very kind and friendly interviewers. there was a case study for the assessment centre
Got a first round technical interview which consisted of 4 questions going over the span of 30 minutes. They tend to ask more lev fin questions so be sure to know your way around a LBO.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Santander (São Paulo, São Paulo)
