    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Science and Technology Facilities Council (Oxford, England) in December 2019.

    Interview

    Applied online via gradcracker.com, then invited to the Harwell Campus in Oxford for a 1.5/2 day assessment centre. Asked to completed four competency tests online before arriving (personality, verbal, numerical, inductive reasoning).
    1st Day: Arrived at the Cosener's House in Abingdon (accommodation provided) and met other graduates. After a brief talk and paper work a group exercise was held to assess how well you work with others/leadership skills. After this a fewe more talks were held and then a three-course meal was provided, allowing the chance to talk to your assessors/graduates.
    2nd Day: 3-part interview process at the Rutheford Appleton Laboratory. Technical interview, tour of the workplace you've been shortlisted into and personality interview and results from psychometric tests (not exclusively in that order).
