    I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Science and Technology Facilities Council in April 2019.

    Interview

    Applied through their portal in February. First you choose the projects you want to apply to (maximum 3). After which you are supposed to write why you would be suitable for each of them separately and send them your transcripts and CV. They take a long time to call back. Received an invitation for a Skype/Zoom interview call along with a coding test in mid April.
    Coding test is easy and has 1 question. There were two interviewers, both very friendly questions ranged from why are you applying for this position to your knowledge about Git, Agile methodology, how to write maintainable code etc. The coding challenge was also discussed.
