I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Scopic Software in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied for Junior Web Developer position at this company. The job description was misleading as they expected a junior to be a full-stack developer and offered a very low salary. The interview process was long and poorly organized. It took more than a week for each step and the recruiter was slow to update me. The steps were: -Interview with the recruter -Online Test Task -Technical Interview for approximately 30-60 minutes. -Management Chat (HR interview with behavioral questions) 40 Hour Paid Test Task: -Part 1: I failed this part because they wanted me to develop a full-stack application within 5 days. I was working in fulltime job with my company, so I didn’t have enough time to test the app fully even though I met all the requirements. -Part 2: I didn’t get to this part. -Final Interview -Offer and Onboarding I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a fair and respectful work environment.
