Interview
I had a phone interview today, it lasted about 30 minutes.The lady also,explained what is going to happen if I'll make it to the next level( Interview with branch manager).She also asked me about my schedule and if I'm willing to work overtime and weekends.
Here are some questions that I can remember:
-If I would call your previous manager what would be 3 things she/he would say negative about you.
-Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
-Tell me about a situation when you had to deal with an angry customer
-Why do you want to work for Scotiabank
-What was 3 things you didn't like about your previous job
-Are you planning on getting IFIC

Interview
It went well asked about my previous work experiences and how can I help customers in different situations and what drive you to work with Scotia bank. Interviewed asked if you have any other question for me
Had an interview with a lady only lasted 7 mins... And only asked 2 questions on how motivated I am if I get this position and how to keep myself motivated....and den some general questions like salary expectation and that's all it... But how do you base the qualifications without even asking for skills the candidate has.. I felt she was inexperience being an interview or she felt like she didn't want to do the interview in the first place it felt half fast...so stupid

2. Was invited to do an online assessment with simulated customer service call.
3. Had a 30-minute in person interview, going over training & available times. Some behavioral questions.
4. Language assessment over the phone.
