Not many questions asked. Mainly about hours your availability. Asks about training and previous jobs. Asked about drivers license. Showed me around the store and introduced me to management. The store was busy

After Appling on line , I was offered an on line selection process this was followed up by a phone call interview because I was successful in the process I was then offered a store walk round and a further interview

I initially had a 30-minute telephone interview where the Branch Manager asked me generic retail questions, then invited me in-store for a visit. After the visit there was very little in the way of a follow-up until I was offered the job a few days later.

Interview was very mellow, but was very heavy on 'why' I wanted to work there, which is very tricky considering it's warehouse and retail work - Was borderline degrading as I felt as though they wanted me to beg for a 16 hr contract.
