It was very casual and simple. They asked basic interview questions then I did three typing tests and they averaged the scores. Then she quizzed me on medical terminology from the introductory packet that was emailed. She asked 5 terms and to spell them. After, she read two scenarios and I had to type out what she said (similar to what the job entails). Then, we talked about shifts and the job. It ran around 20-30 minutes.
Short video call with regional manager, then onboarding and month long training with various managers. Training involves testing and quizzes with score requirements over over 80 percent to pass and then final exam of 85 percent
Initial interview was easy as it was determining how you were as a person. After that there was an initial exam, about 20 hours of online training, and then a final exam. All of these were very straightforward, especially if you are familiar with healthcare/biology. I learned a lot just during the hiring process!

Question 1
What would you do if you encountered conflict in the workplace?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ScribeAmerica (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was a quick, group process. A PowerPoint was presented to us and then we had individual interviews with basic questions and a typing test. You were asked to bring your up coming school schedule if you were a student (which people often are).
