Sedgwick Interview Questions

Interview Process: It is a virtual interview (via HireVue) with 11 questions about preview experiences and why you want to work for the company. It takes about 15 - 25 minutes to complete this step

It was a great in person interview. Three team leads take turns asking questions that relate to past experiences. It was a 9.5 out of 10. Would recommend them to have better organization

The interview process went very smooth. If you’re chosen for a direct hire interview, I would say be completely honest and you’ll receive an offer. It usually takes about a day or two to receive an offer after the interview but could take up to a week.

The first interview was fairly simple and self-explanatory: 11 questions total. Four of them had answers requiring video responses {if camera shy, no worries -- you can hide your face and keep the audio running if preferred}, and the remainder were written ones. Since the initial/first video interview is pre-recorded, you are given a timeframe of up to 72 hours from the date offered to you to complete it or you will be disqualified as a potential job candidate for the position you're applying for. If your first interview is reviewed and accepted by HR, you will then be extended the offer to move onto the second/final interview. This will take place live via video conference with a talent advisor, and need to be scheduled via the website provided to you in an email. It's only a half hour. The job is explained thoroughly to you, you're asked about your qualifications, and turnaround is about a week's time for a yay or nay from management to decide whether or not you're hired. Simple questions, tell me a time when….. etc you help someone, challenging moment , make a mistake, didn’t agree with management, had a disagreement with colleague , do you know how to type, what apps do you know how to use

It begins with a virtual interview in which there is some quotations you record yourself answering, some you write, and some multiple choice. This was easy enough but of course talking to a person is always preferred to me

They use the STAR method for interviews. A lot of tell me about a time questions. Do your research on that method and you will do fine. You more than likely will interview with at least 2 people.

Self recorded interview questions then received an invite for a virtual interview. Interview was straight to the point and interviewer was really nice. They use STAR method and are looking for people who are “tech savvy”

Interviewer so nice and questions are not too difficult. He will let you know the duty of work and what's the expectation of the company. questions including your experiences and Insurance knowledge.

All scenario based questions, behavioral questions on how you can contribute and improve company. Process took two months and 4 rounds of interviews. Each one different in questions and advice.
