Two separate interviewers, neither from HR. Asked general interview questions. Both at end of day and seemed forced to do it. Couldn't give much insight to the actual position, only talked about the company culture as a whole.

The interview process was pretty simple but was very oddly structured in a way that it was hard to determine what they wanted out of you. The first round of interviews was 2 interviews, 1 hour each with behavioral questions. Some of them were easy however some were like oddly specific and confusing in a manner. The recruiting process in general is a bit off-putting. Not many of the newly hired consultants 1-2 years in, come from any sort of business background or even finance or accounting backgrounds if they are business.
- Tell me about a time you had an idea that others did not agree with.

It was four or five behavioral questions about how I handled situations and how I overcame adversity. Two back-to-back interviews and the interviewers were very nice! Very by the book and they took a lot of notes on my answers, not as discussional.
- Explain a time where you had to make an unpopular decision

You go through a few rounds of behavioral questions with managers followed by a case study which is not too crazy. A bit easier to go through if you do a bit of practice before hand.
- Describe a time when you did not get along with someone in a professional setting and how did you overcome it?

Short lived, they based the first round off resume and second round of a few short answer questions. Didn’t make it to zoom interview round but most people did not

I applied online and a week later heard from the recruiter for a phone screen. Then you meet with two managers. I had an issue with the recruiter, who failed to respond back to my emails.
