I had a total of 3 interviews, all of which took place via Zoom. During the interview, I was able to interview with Kris (Co-Founder & CEO) and he sealed the deal for me. The energy of the company as being fun, collaborative & innovative came through during all of my interviews. The candidate experience is extremely important to me being that I work in the Recruiting vertical. I want to know that when I offer a candidate a role that they will have a great experience through interviews, onboarding and potential starts with the company whether or not an offer is extended or accepted.
