Question 1
Examples of conflict and examples of your leadership
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Senneca Holdings in Apr 2022
Interview
It was an excellent experience. The full interview process went fairly quickly. It was comprised of one phone and one in person interview. The phone interview was a basic recap of experience and skills. The in-person interview was long and I was given the opportunity to speak 1-on-1 with each member of the leadership team. The entire process from, application to offer letter, took around 3 weeks.

Question 1
There were a few data base question revolving around basic query topics like subqueries and working with views, but a majority of the time was spent on real world problem solving. I would sit down with a department lead and they would give me a real business issue the department was facing and we would talk through possible solutions.
