Didn't make it to the second round, but the video prescreening had very standard behavioral questions and allowed you to resubmit. Questions mostly asked about leadership experience, your interpretation of the role you are applying to, and experience overcoming obstacles.

Interview
There's a video interview online, it is one-sided and you simply film yourself answering questions. Then there's an in-person interview with management, and after that you communicate with HR on a potential offer.
