The process began with a written examination designed to assess core technical knowledge. Following the exam, I participated in an in-depth interview with a Chinese manager. The interview primarily focused on back-end technologies, including frameworks, databases, API design, and system architecture. The manager also asked situational and problem-solving questions to evaluate my practical understanding and approach to real-world backend development challenges.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sercomm in Nov 2023

It's alright but there were three interviews in a row in a single day. I was able to handle those interview and there was a technical exam as well on that same day.
