As an internal candidate who, based on the posting, was eminently qualified for this position, I applied for this position with an internal recommendation to boot. I heard nothing -- no email, no automated message, nothing -- for 4 months only to receive an automatic rejection and no clarification on why I was never ever screened for this position. I later heard from an internal HR rep that I was indeed qualified and they could not provide sufficient justification for this complete lack of communication and transparency. The hiring manager for this position ought to be ashamed of himself. This is a complete embarrassment to the culture here. Is this The Sharp Experience? Shame.
