Extremely inefficient. I waited for a month after the in-person interview just to receive a rejection. A school administrator said that another department makes final hiring decisions, yet the department he was referring to directly told me otherwise. There is a major lack of organization within their processes, and their hiring ego is out of control. They expect you to be readily available for an unscheduled phone screening interview yet make you wait a ridiculous amount of time for a rejection. They also mentioned that cognizance of diverse experiences is a priority to them yet provided no tangible examples of how they take action on the matter. Dehumanizing process. Do better.
