Interview
You meet with one partner initially and if he likes you then you meet with a panel of attorneys (about 3). However, if you are not moving forward, no one ever contacts you. For such a big name, it's extremely unprofessional. I know they just finally hired someone for their HR position, so, hopefully that changes going forward.
If the panel doesn't like your answers, they will keep paraphrasing and no one really have a poker face so you'll know from the energy and disappointed/bored looks.

Did you ever write a motion that isn't just a template?
Good. Very friendly. Attractive bonus structure. Interview was conversation and formal. They asked multiple questions about my work history and why I was looking for a pivot. They also presented a good maternity leave which applies after working there for one year.
