3 separate interviews, all by Zoom. First two were with support staff, last was with a shareholder. I was shocked none were in person, nor did it appear like they cared about me besides if I'd show up. It felt super off, so I asked former employees about their experiences. Essentially, you will get zero mentorship, it's trial by fire hose (regardless of skill level), you'll be doing things you are not confident in. You work minimum 80 hours/week and are expected to be available 24/7. If you're newer, you don't get good cases and are working with clients who have no cases, so you don't even learn. While the named partner may have great cases due to his name, a lot of the cases are not legitimate, so you also feel awful about yourself. You are required to go in person 5 days a week. No 401k until at least a year after you start, maybe 18 months if you start at wrong time of year. No medical for 60 days, and it's not great medical. You have to supplement.
