Interview
communication with one of the representative from human resource department and then proceed to be interviewed by the process manager on the technical and functional comptencies.
I waited a few weeks before receiving the interview invitation. The selection process included two interview rounds, each focusing on different aspects of my skills, experience, and introduction of roles and responsibilities.

Interview
Three standardized like tests, online simulated interview questions, if you pass that they send you a case study, study that, and then have an interview with two HR staff while they ask you behavioral questions and about the case study.
