Shell Trading interview questions

Two parts to the phone interview: 1)Casual chat with the usual competency questions where the interviewer will further prompt on your responses. Questions like: Why do you want to do trading? Tell me about a personal achievement that you are proud of. 2) Choose a topic out of the 4 given and elaborate on the topic chosen. Again, the interviewer will further prompt you on your responses. Eg. topics: Leadership, Hazardous chemicals, emissions
