Just finished the first Hiring Manager round. The discussion focused mainly on my background and several skill-set related questions. It wasn’t a deep technical interview, most of the conversation centered around behavioural and situational questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Siemens (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was great, i excelled at every stage and looked like they were very impressed. I received a feedback that I am hardworking, technically very strong, but as I should have had more work experience they will be moving forward with a different candidate. Had to follow up with HR multiple times while they ignored my mails and after 2 weeks I was told about the outcome. It was a really negative experience from the HR side. I believe if you have told the candidate you will hear by an exact date , if that exceeds the bare minimum you can do is to inform the candidate and not ignore the follow up mails or calls.
A recent interview was truly inspiring, with engaging questions and thoughtful discussion. It felt natural and comfortable, leaving me confident, motivated, and excited about the opportunity ahead. A great experience!
