There were many interviews with the mid and senior managers in the company. This was both reporting line and peers levels. HR came last only for the job offer. This was good, because HR people usually don't have a good understanding of the business requirements of the position and look at the candidate with a really odd perspective.
The company fully paid all expenses related to the interviews and was very hospitable during meetings.

First and second one very nice, great process and conversation. third interview with next manager was extremely unprofessional. He wasn't on camera, very dry, kept saying it wasn't his decision (then why are we in this interview?). Rejection came from an AI generated email after 2 weeks after emailing the manager to follow up if they made a decision.

Interview
Premier entretien téléphonique puis entretien en visio et enfin entretien en physique avec 3 personnes en même temps. Chaque entretien ce sont très bien déroulé et j'étais à l'aise lors des échanges.
It was very pleasant and professional, HR and several hiring managers attended the 1.5hour call. I gave a presentation for a case study that was handed to me about 1 week ago. It was a very interesting case study and presentation generated very interesting discussions.
