I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Siemens (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2012
Interview
I think I applied for the position through CareerBuilder, and was then contacted by a recruiter weeks later. We talked about the position, but once he said Siemens, I was already interested! It took about two weeks to finally get a response that an interview would like to be set up (I had contacted the recruiter once per week on the status). I finally made it to the interview which consisted of two people, an employee and his manager. The questions were basic interview questions to get more detail on my resume. The interviewers were not uptight, they were themselves which made me comfortable to ask questions in response to some of the stories they told about their co-workers and the environment. Overall, my advice would be to just know what you're talking about in response to your resume, and be yourself! This landed me the position I wanted!

They required Norwegian skills, and they were very nice. I passed just the screening, and at the first round, they told me my Norwegian skills were not meeting the requirements, which was fair.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2024
Interview
Process was good, I did the group interview and then I was ghosted. I have reason to believe I was a diversity interview with no real shot of getting the job
