Interview
The recruiter reached out to me, we had a great conversation and then she moved me to the next round which was a video call with the team. Overall everyone was great, they sent me a personalized prep deck, and constantly communicated where in the hiring stage they were. When they decided to go with another candidate, they still reached out to give me feedback and let me know, something most hiring managers/recruiters don't do.

Interview
I met with the HR Manager for an initial chat were I discussed the role in more detail. I then had an interview with the Recruitment Manager in the US followed by an interview with the HR director also in the US. It was good being able to interview in the evening, therefore I didn't have to take any time off from work and it was great to interview with different people within the organization. My final interview was on site in Belfast with the Site Lead and the Engineering Manager, again it was good to meet other member of the business
