Sky Project Engineer interview questions

Applied online on BSkyB website. Then waited for 6 months to get a phone call from BskyB HR to tell me that they would like to do an telephone interview. Then i had telephone interview, the telephone interview was CV based, the interviewer was ill prepared and sounded like nervous and under stress. The interview lasted for 10 minutes. Then i had to wait another 3 months to know the result of the interview. The job is still open. I think the whole HR department survives because they don't select anybody and keep the the same job open for more than a year. The whole application process and interview was pathetic, sad, and time wasting. The HR people in BskyB lacks professionalism, intergrity, honesty, and respect for their prospective employee.
