It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Fresno, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process is painless. I applied online then looked up a date on the website to attend. I made sure to arrive early at least half hour before doors close. There were about 18 or 19 people there and about 10 or 11 received a face to face interview. First you go up the front of the room and say why you would make a great flight attendant. Once everyone is done then you break and they choose the names of the people that go on to the face to face and post the names on the door. Once you do your face to face they let you know that you'll hear back within two weeks time. I received an invitation to training 3 days later. I would suggest to think about what you want to say in your speech prior to attending. Do not say you love to travel and don't bring up your family or personal past. Also you do not have to be the center of attention or the loudest person in the room when mingling with people but do talk to those around you.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
