      I was referred to Slack through one of their employees. The Recruiter I met with was very friendly but did not listen very well. She skipped over 2 years of my work history and made a generalization about my work history. She was paying attention to my current portfolio but completely skipped the fact that I also managed very large enterprise customers such as T-Mobile, Gap, Paypal etc. She referred me to another position I was happy to apply for. I was set up for a phone interview. Within the first two minutes of that call I knew that I was not going to be accepted. There was no friendly chatter to begin the call. The hiring manager said that there wasn't enough time so we should get started right away. He his me with some pretty easy, fairly common CSM questions. The next 20 minutes were rapid fire questions with no discussion. I was confidant in my responses but I had this feeling that he was either having a bad day, or already knew who he was going to hire and was going through the motion of interviewing. I get it, I hated interviewing when I was hiring 11 people for my team.
