this was for a mid-level role. Lots of questions about how you form new relationships and deal with strained ones. They really want to know how you get along with others because that matters a lot for growing the business. It seems like a place that extroverts would excel at, but lots of introverts work there too.

Tell me about a time when you introduced a new process and had to teach it to someone or a team.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
