Panel interview with several members of the support team . They asked several questions regarding customer support experience and the passion that I had for video games. They also provided a skills test
There was a brief initial interview with the HR representative to discuss my background, experience, and the overall expectations for the position. Following that, I had a more detailed interview with the department managers, where we discussed specific job responsibilities, team dynamics, and how my skills align with their needs. Finally, I completed a translation test to assess my technical proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to meet the linguistic standards required for the role.
