There were two in-person interviews and 1 phone interview. After the 1st interview, I felt like this position isn't for me so I declined the 2nd interview. But I would say the process is quite easy.

He asked why I want this job. He mostly went over what his company does and the job descriptions and the compensation.
Sketchy. Defensive of my questions. Seems like a scam not of employees but for the nonprofits they claim to serve. I didn’t get a good impression, but hopefully I’m wrong.

Interview
Easy process, apply online had two phone interviews and one in person interview. The people are nice and you learn a lot if you get hired. You could easily get burnt out so be careful and make sure to set boundaries.
