Softdel Senior Software Developer interview questions

Faced three technical cum managerial and two HR rounds. The interview process took around 4-5 hours. The technical team is good, their work is also good but the HR and management is pathetic. I cleared all the rounds. Filled the form and submitted documents but they didn't give offer because of my three months notice period which they knew prior to calling me for the interview. HR and Management is not in sync with the technical team. Suggestion:- If you are from MNC, don't go for interview in Softdel. All of your energy will be wasted and they won't hire you since you have two/three months of notice period. They need only immediate joiners
