I was contacted by a recruiter after seeing my resume online. I had a phone interview and an online to test to see how likely my personality would translate into a sales environment. I was then passed on to another recruiter and given an in person interview. The interview did not start until half an hour after scheduled. Two men interviewed me. The questions were blunt, borderline rude. I felt that my resiliency was being tested. I was cut off multiple times during the middle of my responses. I was told that my recruiter would contact me regardless of if I was offered the position or not.
