Usually three rounds ,first one is very basic level ,process related knowledge and concepts ,superficial technical questions.Second round was deep dive into the technology and taken by on-site US/Japan counterparts.Third is managerial/diretcor level involves HR as well.Package ,notice period, buyout,joining bonus is decided .
