Interview
First written test followed with manager interview, in test they asked about basic accounts and English grammar. All the questions are easy to answer. they tested on accounting skills and grammar. In manager interview English fluency and patience was tested. If the written test was cleared, the person can easily get a job.
Nice and smooth.. Nothing to worry about. Company is nice. There were two rounds. One was hr and another operation. It went smooth. Just few basic questions. Company is really very good.
3 round interview
1 with team leader, another with manager and final with VP. Overall a good experience, not that difficult interview. Once you enter the organization they give good facilities.
