Good interview. He was smart and realized i was right for the position.I already had experience but needed to learn the POS system.My boss was good but tough and he expected everything to be done by his system.It worked well and although difficult at first it made sense.

Had a phone interview and was hired when I went to the office. It was very simple, went there to meet in person, and was offered the job on the spot based on my qualifations and I knew the right person. It was all about networking there.
