Be prepared to talk about your experience with students and your experience as a faculty member. Using the star method to answer questions.

First there was a phone interview, follow by a self recorded video interview. After completing the references page I was interviewed virtually. The questions were straightforward about teaching styles and my education. After, meeting with the panel I met individually with the dean to discuss logistics.
