I submitted my application in October, and didn't hear back until the end of February. I then had a phone interview that was pretty simple, just went over my resume to make sure I met basic qualifications. The in person interview was a little harder to schedule. After the in person interview I was offered the position almost immediately.

Fairly easy, 2 phone interviews + an in person interview at Southwest Headquarters, it was a long process took 6 months from my initial application to the actual job offer, however, the same day I interviewed at HDQ I received a call with an offer
