straightforward process; interviewer was already an experienced supervisor ; bring your best to the table show that you are capable ; not an easy interview but you must make an impression; it helps to not provide predictable answers , show that you're easy to work with. the job you get hired for is not easy as a long term prospect, it is very mundane so you have to be willing to adjust to that. emphasize your best personality traits
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
